PROCESS
Every pick starts as plastic WASTE. Material that already exists, put to work.
This is not consumer recycling. Industrial manufacturing waste is engineering polymer that never made it into a finished part. PA12 nylon left over from a production run.
How it’s made
The picks are printed, not molded. No mold means thickness tuned to 0.1mm, texture adjusted batch by batch, and short runs with no tooling cost. Picks get made in the USA, not molded in the millions overseas.
The materials
PA12 nylon. Matte finish, smooth wear, even response across the strings.
TPU. Flexible, close to rubber. Warmer attack, quieter against the string. For fingerstyle players working between a pick and bare fingers.
Built to Play. Made from Waste.
